4. RETURNS & REFUNDS 

4.1. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items with tags attached.
4.2. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
4.3. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
4.4. Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
